Japan – Island in Miyajima

Ever had a camping site on an Island? Well, if you have not, you should consider camping on Island Miyajima. It is one particular place filled with nature, the ocean, and freedom. The Island Miyajima is only one boat ride to Hiroshima. So if you are interested in visiting Hiroshima, it is convenient enough. There are tents and cabins for rent in the cypress trees and camphor.

Camping here you can let you experience the oceanic and forestry type of camping. Among the sights on the island are tame deers and beautiful temples.

New Zealand – Mt Cook

New Zealand’s highest mountain Mt Cook has great camping potential. During a hike or walk in Mount Cook National Park, you will be able to witness breathtaking views of Mount Cook and the nearby Tasman Glacier, and that is why it is named a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The park does not allow free camping, but at White Horse Hill Campground, you can set up a tent in this one of the most scenic locations for just $15 per person.

Finland – Hossa National Park

Maine – Acadia National Park

Another once-in-a-lifetime spot for campers to enjoy in Maine is Acadia National Park. Located on Mount Desert Island, the park is open to the public year-round. It is one of the most beautiful places to camp when visiting Maine.

There is a lot to explore: 6,000 lakes, 32,000 miles of streams and rivers, and 17 million acres of forest land. From the wildlife to the beaches, there is much to see. Peru – Cordillera Huayhuash

Peru is a peaceful country located in South America and contains a section of the Amazon rainforest. The Cordillera Huayhuash is the best place to camp if you are into hiking.

The glacious lakes are gorgeous, and mountain peaks are endless. In these mountains, however, hiking is only for advanced hikers. It is one of the best places for you since it is not overrun with tourists.

Campers in the Cordillera Huayhuash should always have a guide accompany them when hiking. They are well-versed in the local dialects of Quechua and Spanish and will give you valuable information about the area.
